Sculpt & Stretch Class

This is a small class with 2-4 participants. The class is one hour in length meeting on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. This class includes flexibility and core training, as well as proper weight lifting techniques.

A fun economical way to get in shape and meet new friends.

Express 2 day workout

This is a great fast paced full body workout for anyone who is short on time, or on a budget, but still wants to get in shape. The length of this program is 30 minutes, twice a week. We cover all major muscle groups, core and flexibility training. The Express workouts provide cardiovascular benefits as well as muscle toning and strengthening.

Express 3 day workout

This program is like the two-day program but we train different body parts on each of the three days. Training three days a week is a more productive program and it will provide much faster results. This is also a fast paced 30-minute workout with little rest between sets.
